Nice family-run hotel in a central location Schleusingens. Good Thuringian cuisine and homemade cakes. We have been going to the hotel for a few years and are always happy to stay there and enjoy the cozy atmosphere. The historic city center with marketplace and castle are worth seeing and the surrounding Thuringian countryside invites you to hikes and excursions.

Hotel in the center of Schleusingen. Rooms are simply furnished but well maintained and very clean. The location on the market invites you to take a stroll through the picturesque city center. The Thuringian Forest is less than 30 minutes by car. If you are in the mood for great hiking, you can let off steam around Frauenwald. Because of the great hospitality and the unbeatable price performance ratio 5 stars.

Mediocre food, outdated room facilities and a choleric chef whose delicate voice echoes into the restaurant. Absolutely not recommended. Never again!
